316L stainless steel is a type of alloy that can resist atmospheric corrosion, moderate oxidizing and reducing environments, and polluted marine atmospheres.316L steel has outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion in the as-welded condition, as well as excellent strength and toughness at cryogenic temperatures.

316L stainless steel,known as marine grade stainless steel, it is a low carbon version of 316, which improves the material's overall corrosion resistance.

One of the key features of 316L plate is its excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, making it an ideal choice for applications in harsh environments such as marine and chemical processing industries.
