Stainless Steel 304 SMLS Pipe
Seamless steel pipe has, as its name implies, no longitudinal weld seam.Seamless (SMLS) steel pipes are perforated from whole round steel, and steel pipes without welds on the surface are called seamless steel pipes.
304 seamless steel pipe refers to a pipe made from 304 stainless steel that has been manufactured using a seamless process. Seamless steel pipes are produced without any welding seams or joints, resulting in a smooth and continuous cylindrical structure.
The 304 seamless steel pipe is made by hot rolling or cold drawing a cylindrical billet of 304 stainless steel. 304 stainless steel is a T 300 Series Stainless Steel austenitic. It has a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, combined with a maximum of 0.08% carbon. It is defined as a Chromium-Nickel austenitic alloy.
