Pre Painted Galvanized Sheet is a building and industrial material made by pre-treating the galvanized steel sheet (such as chemical conversion treatment), and then coating one or more layers of organic coating, and then baking, cooling and other processes.Galvanized on the cold-rolled steel sheet, and then layer paint of organic coating (such as polyester, silicon-modified polyester,polyvinylidene fluoride, etc.) are coated on the galvanized layer. PPGI is produced by processes such as surface treatment, primer coating and topcoat using galvanized steel coil as the substrate. The substrate is first galvanized to improve the corrosion resistance of the galvanized steel, and then a high-quality organic coating is coated on its surface, giving it both the strength of the metal and the decorative and protective properties of the coating.

Prepainted Galvanized Steel Structure
PPGI (Color coated steel coil) is a product made of cold-rolled steel coil and (aluminum) galvanized steel coil after surface chemical treatment, coating (roll coating) or composite organic film (PVC film, etc.), and then baking and curing. Coating Types of Prepainted Steel Coil
Good coating for steel structure has good mechanical properties and excell ent anti-corrosion properties. It has good stability to climate and oil - water mixture. To have a good visual effect, beautiful and generous in the decoration.The coating types currently used for PPGI/PPGL steel coil include PE, PVDF, SMP, acrylic, PVC, etc.
Polyester (PE): Good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and low cost.
Silicon modified polyester(SMP): Good abrasion resistance and heat resistance, as well as good external durability and chalking resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility, and medium cost.
High Durability Polyester(HDP): Excellent color retention and anti-ultraviolet performance, excellent outdoor durability and
anti-pulverization, good paint film adhesion, rich color, excellent cost performance.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF): Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good moldability, stain resistance, limited color, and high cost.
