Bright Annealing Process
Bright annealing is the process of heating the stainless steel tube to a certain temperature (usually 1000-1100°C) in a controlled atmosphere (such as hydrogen, nitrogen or argon) and then slowly cooling to room temperature.The purpose is to eliminate the internal stress generated by the stainless steel tube during processing, improve the toughness and ductility, and prevent oxidation on surface to maintain the brightness and beauty of the ss tube.
