Cold Rolled Steel Plate:
1. Good ductility and toughness, but expensive;

4. The thickness accuracy of cold rolling is higher than that of hot rolling, and the mechanical properties and surface are higher than hot rolling;
5. Due to its certain degree of work hardening, cold-rolled steel plates have low toughness, but can achieve a good yield ratio and are used for cold bending of springs and other parts;
6. Since the yield point of the cold plate is close to the tensile strength, the danger during use is unpredictable. When the load exceeds the allowable load, accidents are prone to occur.
7. The surface of non-galvanized cold-rolled plates is gray.
8. The surface finish of cold-rolled plates after electroplating is higher than that of hot-rolled plates.
9. Cold-rolled plates have high strength, high hardness, and high surface finish. They are generally thin plates and can be used as stamping plates.
