Wear steel 500 is a bendablea and weldable abrasion-resistant grade,with a nominal hardness of 500 Brinell,can resist to wear and tear across stress-induced systems. This wear plate steel material is designed to provide superior wear resistance in the toughest working environments, making it ideal for construction machines facing heavy-duty operations.
The 500 wear resistant plate is designed with a superior chemical composition of carbon, silicon, nickel molybdenum, chromium, boron, sulfur, manganese, and phosphorous,enhanced resistance and tolerance to corrosive media. The low carbon content improves its flexibility and impact resistance;chromium and nickel content improves steel state for better wear resistant ability.
