303 stainless plate have different surface finishes, such as 2B (cold-rolled, annealed, and pickled), NO.1 (hot-rolled, annealed, and pickled), BA (bright annealed), among others.

- No.1: Hot rolled, annealed, and pickled
- No.2B: Cold-rolled, annealed, and pickled with a bright finish
- No.4: Polished with a 150-180 grit finish
- Hairline: Polished with a 240 grit finish
- BA: Bright annealed and polished
