The main processing technology of brushed stainless steel pipe are as follows:
- Surface cleaning: remove oil and impurities on the surface to ensure uniform brushing effect.
- Wire drawing: Use a special wire drawing machine to treat the surface of the ss pipe to make it present a uniform silky texture.
- Polishing: Polish the steel pipe after brushing to further improve its gloss and surface quality.
- Protective film coating: Coat a layer of protective film on the surface of the stainless pipe to enhance its corrosion resistance and antioxidant properties.
