Zero Spangle GI Sheet is a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet coated with zinc on both sides,without the spangles that are found on conventional galvanized steel sheets.The zinc coating on surface inhibits the growth of zinc crystals during the curing process, making it impossible to see obvious spangles with the naked eye,provide a smooth and uniform appearance.
Compared with GI steel sheets with spangles, Zero Spangle GI steel sheets have higher aesthetics and application flexibility in building structures, prefabricated houses, home appliances and other fields.
Our zero spangle GI Sheet made from high-quality hot-rolled steel coils,through processes such as pickling, annealing, and galvanizing. In addition, Zero Spangle GI steel sheets also have a higher zinc coating weight, usually between 30g/m² and 275g/m², which helps provide a longer anti-corrosion life.

Galvanized steel sheet is cut from galvanized steel coil, the base material is cold rolled steel, it has good processing performance.The galvanized sheet coated with a zinc layer,features a smooth, flat,uniform thickness, strong adhesion, no peeling during processing, good corrosion resistance,and excellent adhesion to paint film. It can withstand high temperatures up to 315 ℃ and has excellent surface conductivity.
