Description

Z275 Galvanized Steel Sheet is a carbon steel sheet coated with a zinc layer of 275 g/m² on the surface, which is a higher coating weight than standard galvanized steel sheets(such as Z100) and therefore provides better corrosion resistance, especially for applications in wet, acidic or high salt spray environments, which significantly prolongs the service life.

Z275 galvanised steel is usually produced by continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. The zinc layer is evenly distributed on the surface of the steel sheet to form a "zinc flower" structure, which not only enhances the corrosion resistance, but also improves the mechanical strength and processability of the steel sheet. Common steel sheet thickness ranges from 0.12 to 3.8 mm, width ranges from 600 mm to 1500 mm, and length is usually 1000-5000 mm.
