DX51D is European standard,a commonly used low-carbon steel that is hot-dip galvanized and covered with a layer of zinc to provide additional corrosion resistance,commonly used in various construction, manufacturing and industrial applications. The galvanizing process forms a zinc-iron alloy layer by immersing the steel in molten zinc liquid, which enhances the anti-oxidation properties and extends its service life
DX51D+Z275 refers to hot-dip galvanizing. The substrate used in hot-dip galvanizing is cold-rolled, and the zinc plating on the cold-rolled sheet is called galvanizing.
Z275 refers to the coated steel sheet's coating weight designation,represents 275 grams of zinc on both sides.Ordinary hot-dip galvanizing is 80 grams. 140 and 275 are high zinc layers, and the purpose of hot-dip galvanizing is to prevent the steel from rusting.
