Galvanized Steel Coil JIS

The production process of galvanized steel coils JIS is divided into uncoiling, steel strip pretreatment, galvanizing, stripping, cold coiling and cutting. Among them, galvanizing is one of the core processes of galvanized steel coils JIS. It uses advanced electrolytic galvanizing technology to coat the surface of hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel plates with a zinc layer. After galvanizing treatment, a uniform, dense zinc layer with extremely strong corrosion resistance will be formed on the surface of the steel plate. This zinc layer can effectively protect the steel plate and prevent oxidation, rust, etc. After decades of use, galvanized steel coils JIS have always maintained good surface condition and quality.
