G90 galvanized steel sheet has a zinc layer thickness of 0.9 ounces per square foot (0.9 oz/ft2),providing excellent corrosion protection and extending the life of the steel.Compared with other grades (such as G60), galvanized G90 provides stronger corrosion protection, about 275 grams per square meter (g/m2).
The zinc layer acts as a strong shield to isolate the steel sheet from the erosion of the external environment, providing long-lasting protection against oxidation and corrosion, even in harsh coastal or industrial environments, ensuring long-term use and significantly reducing maintenance costs. The zinc layer acts as a sacrificial anode, continuing to protect the steel even when the surface is damaged.
