NM600 belongs to low alloy wear resistant steel with excellent wear resistance and tough hardness, designed for use in large-area wear conditions.
NM600 wear-resistant steel plate is widely used in engineering machinery, environmental protection machinery, metallurgical machinery, grinding tools, bearings and other product parts.
NM600 mainly comprises chromium alloy, with other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel added. The chemical composition of the alloy wear-resistant layer has a carbon content of 4 to 5% and a chromium content of 25 to 30%. The hardness is HV1400-1800. Because the carbides are distributed in a straight direction in the wear direction, the wear resistance of the NM600 wear-resistant plate is more than doubled even compared with the cast alloy of the same composition and hardness.
