SUS303 steel, also known as stainless steel 303, is a stainless steel composed of chromium, nickel, copper and sulfur elements. It has high corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and also has excellent processing properties.

SUS303 Chemical Composition:SUS 303 Stainless Steel typically contains approximately 17-19% chromium, 8-10% nickel, and a sulfur content of 0.15%. The addition of sulfur enhances its machinability.

303 Stainless Machinability:The elevated sulfur content enhances its cutting and machining performance, making stainless steel 303 a preferred choice for applications requiring intricate details, precision components, and threaded fasteners.

Stainless Steel 303 Mechanical Properties:While SUS303 Stainless Steel performs well in machinability, its strength is relatively moderate. It is well-suited for applications where extreme strength is not a primary requirement.
