Description

Composed of a combination of chromium and nickel, 304 material is incredibly strong and durable,as well as good corrosion resistance.The addition of chromium forms a passive film on its surface, preventing further corrosion. It can withstand exposure to corrosive environments such as seawater and acidic chemicals, making it popular in the marine and chemical industries.

304 steel plate have superior resistance to corrosion, due to the passive film that forms on its surface when exposed to oxygen. This film creates a barrier that prevents further corrosion from occurring. This makes 304 plate an excellent choice for applications where the plate will be exposed to corrosive environments, such as seawater or acidic chemicals.

In addition, it also has good corrosion resistance to oxidizing acids, alkali solutions and most organic and inorganic acids.TP304 plate is a general-purpose stainless steel material with excellent rust and corrosion resistance and good resistance to intergranular corrosion.
