TP304 plate is a general-purpose stainless steel material with excellent rust and corrosion resistance and good resistance to intergranular corrosion. Its high temperature resistance is also relatively good and has a wide range of applications.

In terms of chemical composition, the chromium content (%) of grade 304 stainless steel plate is 17.00-19.00, and the nickel content (%) is 8.00-10.00, gives the 304 grade steel superior resistance to corrosion and makes it highly durable.The addition of chromium forms a passive film on its surface, preventing further corrosion. It can withstand exposure to corrosive environments such as seawater and acidic chemicals, making it popular in the marine and chemical industries.
