SS 304 welded pipe is mainly made of stainless steel 304, which has strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. It is made by rolling 304 stainless steel sheets or coils into a tube shape and then welding the seams. Welding can be done using different methods, including TIG (Tig Welding), MIG (Metal Inert Gas Welding) or resistance welding.
Stainless steel 304 is a common 18-8 austenite stainless steel, containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel, and also contains a small amount of carbon and other alloying elements,gives 304 stainless steel corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
