Stainless Steel Pipe Description
Stainless steel pipe is a hollow tube made of stainless steel, usually used for transporting liquid or gas. According to the different manufacturing processes, stainless steel pipe can be divided into welded steel pipe and seamless steel pipe. Welded steel pipe is made by rolling and welding steel plates or strips into shape, while seamless steel pipe is made by hot rolling, cold drawing or cold rolling process, without welded seams, with higher strength and corrosion resistance.
Commonly used materials for stainless steel pipe include 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel,with excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance and mechanical strength,suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.Unlike other materials such as PVC or copper, stainless steel can withstand high pressures and temperatures without deformation or damage, making stainless steel pipe suitable for use in applications that require high strength and reliability.
