ASTM A213 TP316 Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel pipe, specifically designed to withstand high temperatures, pressures, and corrosive environments.With the addition of molybdenum in 316 steel improves its corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides and other corrosive agents,and the low carbon content helps to prevent carbide precipitation and improve resistance to intergranular corrosion.
A213 TP316 pipe is designed for high-temperature service and can withstand temperatures up to 1500°F (815°C), making it ideal for use in applications where extreme temperatures are encountered. The steel 316 pipe is available in a range of sizes, from small diameters of 1/8" to larger diameters of 30", and can be supplied in both seamless and welded forms.
