S960Q steel is high yield strength structural steels in the quenched and tempered delivery state,widely used in the manufacturing of heavy machinery and equipment, ships, bridges, buildings and other building structures.
S960QL is a quenched and tempered, high-strength fine-grained structural steel. The minimum yield strength in the delivery state is 960Mpa (ksi) (for the lower thickness range). Its mechanical properties are obtained by water quenching and tempering.
