Description

Hot dipped galvanized coils offer exceptional durability due to the protective zinc layer formed during the galvanization process.By immersing the steel in a pool of liquid zinc, the zinc layer is firmly attached to the surface of the steel, providing excellent anti-corrosion properties. The zinc layer prevents the substrate steel from direct contact with air and moisture, and also provides sacrificial protection when it is slightly damaged, extending its lifespan, often exceeding 20 to 50 years,reducing the frequency of repairs and replacements, making it a cost-effective choice for construction projects.

Galvanised coils have a bright and uniform surface, enhance aesthetics as well as providing long-term protection,often used in high cosmetic requirements applications. In addition, the zinc layer is firmly attached to the steel surface through the hot-dip galvanising process,and is not easy to fall off or peel off. It can withstand long-term external friction and impact, reducing the need for maintenance and replacement.
