Heavy Duty Galvanized Corrugated Metal is usually made of hot-dip galvanized low-carbon steel and formed into a corrugated pattern through a cold rolling process to increase its bending strength. The galvanized layer improves the corrosion resistance and enhances wear resistance and adhesion.

Advantages:

Compared with traditional ceramic tiles or concrete tiles, GI roofs are lighter in weight, reducing the burden on buildings.
There are a variety of colors and styles to choose from, which can meet the needs of different architectural styles.
Corrugated gi roof usually have good waterproof properties, and reasonable installation can effectively prevent water leakage.

Disadvantages:

The thermal insulation performance of corrugated GI is usually not as good as other materials (such as ceramic tiles), which may cause indoor temperatures to rise in hot climates.
In rainy and snowy areas, rain hitting roof gi will produce loud noises,affecting comfort.
