Galvannealed Steel Sheet is a type of steel that has been hot-dip galvanized and annealed. It combines the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel with the excellent weldability and paintability after annealing.Galvannealed Steel Sheet is hot-dip galvanized during the manufacturing process to form a zinc coating on the surface,then the zinc is annealed (heated to a certain temperature and slowly cooled) to form an iron-zinc alloy layer with the steel surface.During the annealing process, iron diffuses from the steel surface into the zinc layer to form a fine, uniform gray matte surface,improves the corrosion resistance of the galvannealed Steel, and enhances the weldability and paintability.
Galvannealed steel has very similar properties as standard galvanized, but the surface has a more porous and abrasive finish that more readily accepts paint. This is preferred over galvanized if the metal is to be painted.

Galvanized steel sheet is cut from galvanized steel coil, the base material is cold rolled steel, it has good processing performance. The galvanized sheet coated with a zinc layer,features a smooth, flat,uniform thickness, strong adhesion, no peeling during processing, good corrosion resistance,and excellent adhesion to paint film. It can withstand high temperatures up to 315 ℃ and has excellent surface conductivity.
