DC01 steel coil is a cold rolled quality low carbon steel sheet under European standards (EN10130), mainly compoesd of 0.12% carbon content, 0.6% manganese content, and low allowable residual content of sulfur and phosphorus.This grade can be used for simple forming work, for example Bending, embossing, beading and pulling are used.
DC01 Galvanized Steel Coils is a surface galvanized cold-rolled low-carbon steel sheet with yield strength of 235MPa. It is produced through a continuous galvanizing process, the cold-rolled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a molten zinc bath to adhere a layer of zinc on surface, to provide corrosion protection.
In BS and DIN EN 10130 standard, it also contains 5 other steel grades: DC03 (1.0347), DC04 (1.0338), DC05 (1.0312), DC06 ( 1.0873) and DC07 (1.0898).
