The production process of cold rolled galvanized steel coils:

1.Cold rolling refers to the process of processing hot-rolled steel plates using a cold rolling mill to significantly increase their hardness, making them suitable for some precision components. Generally speaking, cold rolling can control the size and surface quality of steel plates, making them have higher strength and better surface smoothness.

2.Hot dip galvanizing is the process of hot-dip galvanizing the surface of a steel coil, coating it with a layer of zinc to achieve rust prevention and corrosion resistance. In this process, the steel coil is first cleaned and phosphated in an acidic solution, then neutralized with nitric acid, and then immersed in a zinc bath to cover its surface with a thin layer of zinc.
