What is Galvanized Steel Coil?
Galvanized Steel Coil is a steel coil that has been hot-dip galvanized. Pre Painted Galvanized Steel Manufacturing Process
1.Surface treatment: The base galv sheet and coil undergoes surface treatment such as cleaning and phosphating to ensure that the color coating can firmly adhere to the surface of the steel plate.
2.Zinc coated treatment:The surface-treated gi steel plate is immersed in molten zinc liquid to form a zinc layer to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel plate.
3.Pre Painted treatment:One or more layers of color coatings are applied to the surface of galvanized steel plates. Different coating materials and coating techniques can be used according to requirements, such as coating, spraying, etc.
4.Curing:The pre painted galvanized steel is cured so that the color coating can be firmly attached to the surface of the steel plate, improving the durability and weather resistance of pre painted galvanized steel sheet and coils.
